We’re coming to the end of another busy and successful season here at Ngahere Hou. We want to say a big thank you to all the lovely guests who’ve visited this summer, it’s been a real pleasure to meet and host you in our special place! We’ve had a few adventures along the way and the pizzeria has been extra busy!

The host couldn’t of been anymore wonderful! Let alone all the incredible touches this place comes with, pizza to perfection, organic and quality food stocked for our own use, wine books and boardgames.. he also came to our rescue after a long and tedious bike ride getting lost and doing the last stretch in the pitch black Ian not only drove to our rescue the poor man did quite the hike just to find us in the dark! We’ll be taking a well earned break through July and August so I can finally get some paintings done and to set up for the next season, hopefully with our road back open, fingers crossed!
If you do fancy a winter visit though (and it can be really nice here through the winter months) just be in touch – we might be able to accomodate you, who knows?
In the meantime we might see you before the end of June…..you could help us pick some olives before the birds get them!
